1. Booking and Payments

• A minimum deposit is required to secure any tour package, Umrah package, or flight booking. The exact amount will be communicated by your travel consultant.
• Full payment must be cleared prior to ticket issuance and hotel confirmation unless a specific installment plan is agreed upon.
• Prices quoted are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, airline fare hikes, or changes in embassy fees until the booking is finalized and ticketed.

2. Visa Processing & Issuance

• Mashal Travels acts only as a facilitator for visa applications. The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.
• In the event of a visa rejection, visa fees and processing charges are strictly non-refundable.
• Clients are responsible for providing authentic, verifiable documents. We hold no liability for rejections resulting from fraudulent or incomplete documentation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be requested in writing.
• Refunds for flight tickets are strictly governed by the policies of the respective airlines. Mashal Travels will apply a standard service fee for processing airline refunds.
• Tour packages and hotel bookings canceled within 14 days of departure may incur up to a 100% cancellation penalty depending on the vendor's policy.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• Mashal Travels is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by airlines, bad weather, or air traffic control.
• We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss of baggage, or unforeseen expenses incurred during your trip. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
